1. Agreement
By creating an account, joining a league, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Every Fantasy Sport, you agree to these Terms and the applicable published game rules and league settings.
2. Eligibility
Free standard fantasy products that do not have the capability to attach an external prize-pool service may permit users age 13 and older. A user must be 18 or older to purchase, own or control a paid plan. All pools and any product capable of supporting a LeagueSafe or similar external prize-pool link are 18+ for all participants, even if no external link is actually added. Users under 13 may not create an account at launch.
3. Fantasy entertainment platform
Every Fantasy Sport provides fantasy-sports software and league-management tools. Platform fees are charges for software access and services. Every Fantasy Sport does not hold or distribute league prize pools under the launch model and is not responsible for private wagers, side bets, entry fees, dues, prizes or third-party payment disputes.
4. Plans and entitlements
Free access is limited to the platform-defined standard season-long product and standard settings. Paid Commissioner plans and add-ons unlock only the sports, game types and controls described for the purchased entitlement. Paid entitlements belong to the purchasing account and are non-transferable.
5. Co-commissioners
Co-commissioners are delegated league managers, not plan owners. They do not receive billing rights, plan ownership, renewal rights, payment-method access or access to unrelated leagues. Delegated access may end when a season ends unless the primary Commissioner renews/reactivates and reappoints the co-commissioner.
6. Prices and taxes
Published prices are platform prices before legally required taxes. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout and will be displayed before payment.
7. Automatic renewal
Annual paid products automatically renew unless the plan owner disables auto-renew. We intend to send renewal notices approximately 30 days and 7 days before renewal. A plan owner may select Do Not Auto-Renew before the renewal charge; access continues through the already-paid term.
8. Split Platform Cost
A Commissioner may pay the full platform fee or assign platform-fee shares to participants. Assigned shares may be unequal when supported, but the total assigned amount must equal the required plan price and each payer must see the exact amount before payment.
Guaranteed Activation / Commissioner Covers Shortfall
The Commissioner authorizes a one-time charge for any unpaid balance at the funding deadline, up to the disclosed maximum amount.
Fully Funded Required / Credit if League Does Not Activate
If the required platform price is not fully funded by the deadline, the paid league does not activate and each successful payer receives non-transferable platform credit equal to that payer's own successful payment. No cash refund is provided except where required by law or for duplicate/erroneous platform charges.
9. Refunds and credits
Platform payments are final except where applicable law requires otherwise or where Every Fantasy Sport caused a duplicate or erroneous charge. Withdrawal, removal, league abandonment, Commissioner decisions, fantasy results, scoring outcomes or dissatisfaction do not create a cash-refund right. Platform credits do not expire, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be used only for eligible like products.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
A fraud chargeback triggers immediate account suspension and a full account lock. If the suspended user is a primary Commissioner and the paid entitlement is reversed, affected paid leagues may be frozen. Other users who made successful platform payments toward that league may receive credit equal to their own successful payment. A participant chargeback may freeze that user's account/team while the rest of the league continues where technically possible. Payment-dispute details are not shared with ordinary league members.
11. Game rules and Commissioner settings
Official published sport/game rules and the league's permitted Commissioner-configured settings control play. Paid Commissioners may have broader settings and correction authority than Free leagues. Commissioner corrections may be recorded in league audit history.
12. Sports data and scoring corrections
Scoring may depend on third-party sports-data providers and official league/stat sources. Live and provisional scores may change. Every Fantasy Sport may apply verified corrections retroactively and recalculate standings, matchups, playoffs, pools, eliminations and season totals. Commissioners receive an in-site notification when a material backdated correction changes league results. NASCAR normally becomes Official/Final Tuesday at 5:00 PM Central, subject to later verified corrections.
13. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Sports feeds, APIs, hosting, databases and other providers may experience delays or outages. Postponed/cancelled events, force majeure, provider failures and temporary service interruptions do not automatically create a refund right.
14. Account conduct
You may not use the service for fraud, hacking, unauthorized technical manipulation, cheating, harassment, threats, impersonation, illegal activity, abusive automation, security evasion, prohibited gambling/payment activity, or repeated/material violations of these Terms.
15. Suspension and termination
Every Fantasy Sport may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts or leagues when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or legal compliance. Serious fraud, security abuse or illegal activity may result in immediate action without prior warning. Termination does not create a refund right except where required by law or an expressly applicable credit policy.
16. Third-party services
Links to LeagueSafe or other external services are provided for convenience where supported. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms. Every Fantasy Sport is not responsible for their funds, payouts, eligibility decisions, outages or disputes.
17. Intellectual property
Every Fantasy Sport and its original software, branding, layouts and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. League members retain rights to content they lawfully submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate and display their leagues.
18. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Fantasy outcomes, rankings and decisions should not be treated as guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Every Fantasy Sport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims or losses caused by their unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
20. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Tennessee law, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights that apply in a user's jurisdiction. Court disputes must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Tennessee. Mandatory arbitration is not required at launch.
21. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be presented or communicated as appropriate, and acceptance records may be retained for audit and compliance purposes.
