1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account and profile information, age/eligibility information, league memberships and roles, fantasy rosters and selections, trades, waivers, league activity, support communications, device/security/operational logs, and billing/payment metadata received from our payment provider.
2. Payment information
Payments are intended to be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Every Fantasy Sport should not store full payment-card numbers or sensitive card credentials when the payment provider can process and retain them instead.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, leagues, drafts, scoring, standings and game features.
- Authenticate users and enforce roles and entitlements.
- Process billing, renewals, credits and payment disputes.
- Detect fraud, abuse and security threats.
- Provide support and service notifications.
- Correct scores and preserve league history.
- Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- Improve reliability and performance using analytics actually enabled at launch.
4. Service providers
We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, such as Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database/authentication services, Stripe for payments, email providers, analytics providers actually enabled at launch, and sports-data providers. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.
5. We do not sell payment details
Every Fantasy Sport does not sell full card information and does not receive full payment credentials when Stripe processes them. We do not intend to sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Retention
- Billing, tax, credit and chargeback records: up to 7 years.
- Terms, renewal, split-payment and authorization records: up to 7 years.
- Commissioner/admin audit logs: up to 7 years.
- Security/fraud evidence: up to 7 years when reasonably necessary.
- Routine support communications: 3 years.
- Routine operational/request logs: 90 days.
- Security-relevant logs: up to 1 year unless tied to a confirmed incident.
After account deletion, ordinary profile/contact/authentication data should be removed from active systems within approximately 30 days where practical, with up to 90 days for backups and replicas. Records required for billing, tax, fraud, disputes, legal obligations or audit purposes may be retained longer under the schedules above.
7. League history after deletion
Deleting an account does not necessarily erase a league's historical record for every other member. Standings, champions, scores and other league history may be retained in minimized or de-identified form, such as displaying a deleted account as a former member while removing unnecessary contact/authentication data.
8. Cookies and analytics
We will disclose cookies and analytics actually used at launch. We do not claim to use advertising trackers that are not actually deployed. Essential storage may be used for authentication, security, preferences and service operation.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system is completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
10. Age
Users under 13 may not create an account at launch. Products capable of supporting LeagueSafe or a similar external prize-pool link and all pools are 18+ for all participants. Paid plan purchasers/owners must be 18+.
11. Your choices
Depending on applicable law and product functionality, users may access or update account information, request account deletion, disable automatic renewal, and exercise other privacy rights available in their jurisdiction. We may need to retain limited information after deletion when required for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute handling.
12. Tennessee and other privacy rights
Where a privacy law applies to Every Fantasy Sport and a particular user, we will honor non-waivable rights required by that law. The specific rights and verification process may be updated as the business grows and legal thresholds become applicable.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in products, providers, data practices or law. Material changes will be posted or communicated as appropriate.
