Pool eligibility
March Madness brackets are a Pools product and all participants must be 18 or older.
Official bracket
The contest uses the official NCAA tournament bracket after the field is announced. Participants complete their bracket before the published contest lock.
Default scoring
The standard bracket uses escalating round values: 1 point for each correct First Round winner, 2 for the Second Round, 4 for the Sweet 16, 8 for the Elite Eight, 16 for the Final Four and 32 for the National Championship winner.
Commissioner options
Paid Commissioners may select supported bracket-scoring and tiebreak options when available. Settings lock with the contest before bracket play begins.
Lock
The full bracket locks at the published tournament contest deadline. Picks cannot be changed after lock.
Standings
Standings are based on total bracket points. If the configured tiebreak is still tied, the contest may recognize co-winners.
