Eligibility
MLB Guillotine / Chop requires the applicable Pools entitlement and is 18+.
Weekly elimination
Scoring periods run Monday-Sunday. The lowest-scoring remaining team is eliminated after each completed scoring period.
Released players
The eliminated roster returns to the player pool after the chop is finalized. Remaining teams may bid on those players through FAAB/waivers.
FAAB
Default season FAAB budget is 250. Bidding is blind, with rolling waiver priority used as the default secondary tiebreak for equal valid bids.
Lineups
Daily lineup changes use individual game-time locks.
Lowest-score tie
Higher cumulative season fantasy points survives, then higher score in the immediately preceding scoring period, then league vote, with the Commissioner breaking a tied vote.
Transactions
No trades by default after the contest begins. Paid settings may offer supported alternatives.
Finality
No buybacks or re-entry after elimination. Official stat corrections received inside the supported correction window may change the chop result.
